Qualifications - they don't guarantee the competence of an engineer but they do demonstrate an engineers dedication to their craft. That's why we encourage all of engineers to work towards a variety of industry qualifications
As well as CTS, we also conduct regular in-house training with our engineers to ensure they are up to date with the latest technologies and industry techniques.
So you've booked a team in to deliver your project, it turns out their work isn't up to scratch. It's all of sub-par standard, kits even fallen off the wall! In short, you've been let down, what recourse do you have with the subcontractor? How do you proceed?
If a significant defect is found with our works, we will return free of charge to rectify the problem. Simple as that!
